MOODS OF INDIA TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS & NOTICES
We are MOODS OF INDIA TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your service provider in India for your travel needs. These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer.
Part 1. Our agreement with you
We sell a variety of travel related products which includes services from other vendors too. Such as hotel, train/ bus ticket authorities, adventure activity operators etc. Each vendor has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them. Certain content found on our website are owned or licensed by us or our vendors, your use of which may be subject to further conditions. Our website, which is referred throughout this Agreement, can be found at www.moodsofindia.in
As first step you are required to register yourself for the selected program and deposit the registration fee of € 200 (Non refundable). After registration, once you get tentative booking email from our side you may pay the program fee in full at least 60 days prior to program starting date.
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received the payment in full for chosen service and we have provided you with pre departure information, detailed service itinerary, and conduct and behavior policy. You are advised to print and sign the conduct and behavior policy and send us scan copy.
Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically for communication and documentation purpose.
We arrange the accommodation in hotels, Moods of India (MOI) camp house and sub houses for our participants during their program span. During arrival/ departures and excursion we prefer to use same hotel for all the participants joining/ departing the same program services at any place, but hotel may use separate buildings to accommodate the participants in case of large groups or any other reason. Similarly during your stay at Palampur, Himachal Pradesh we may accommodate our participants in different buildings or sub houses of MOI.
Cancellations and Changes
We provide services and excursions which are dependent on other vendors. These excursions include visit to monuments and places which are not under our control to operate, hence terms and conditions of such vendors are also applicable for your program services. And in case of change in the nature of service due to unforeseen circumstance we are committed to provide equivalent service in other manner. No refunds are entertained in the case of change of service in equivalent category. However in the event of cancellation of any service from our part a partial refund is applicable but we do not entertain any refund in the event of refusal to participate in any service or excursion after confirmed booking.

Part 2. Your agreement with us
By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including Parts 1& 2, other terms and conditions of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any vendor that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions, and code of conduct may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation, (b) your forfeiture of any money paid for your program booking, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service.
You represent and warrant that:
1 . You are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use.
2 . You are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf.
3 . The information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct.
4 . You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements.
5 . You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.
Change your booking
Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional vendor charges. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased.
Changes to name details are not allowed by train ticket authorities and other vendors. While we will make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that train authorities and vendors treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.
Cancellation of your booking
If you cancel your program booking before your departure from home country or joining our program in Delhi whichever is applicable, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of vendor(s) associated with your program booking, our standard charges will apply.

Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations
You are advised to reserve your flight tickets as per guidelines given under:
|Arrival:||Between Sundays 17:00hrs to Monday 09:00hrs. That means your flight departuretime from Delhi international airport.|
|Departure:||Between Day 1 (Monday 10:00hrs) to Day 2 (Tuesday 09:00hrs). That means your flight arrival time at Delhi international airport.|
If you fail to book your arrival and/ or departure flights in between the given timings, additional charges may apply for services required.

In case of complaint
If you have a problem during your program, please inform our representative or relevant vender
(e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us at email@example.com or call +91 9805656759. If you fail to timely contact us, we will not be permitted the opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to rectify any error and this may affect your rights under this Agreement.
Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. We shall have no liability in case of damage or loss of your travel documents. It is not always possible while being abroad to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements.
Use of our Services and Website
You agree you will only use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. You will only use our website and services in compliance with terms and conditions of website use.
Our website may contain links to third party websites that we provide only as a convenience to you. You should take precautions to ensure that whatever links you access are free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive mechanisms. The existence of these links does not imply that we endorse such websites or any included content. We are not responsible for such websites or content or any data privacy practices of such websites.
Other terms and conditions
Moods of India or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website Moods of India registered office Village Samula Post Phared Tehsil Palampur District Kangra H.P. 176064. Moods of India’s registration number is U74999HP2015PTC001083. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The contents of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and are subject to change without notice.
